Applicability

These terms apply to every agreement you enter into with IPTV Hakuna regarding a subscription to our streaming service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are offered for the durations listed on the subscription page. Prices may be adjusted; changes do not apply retroactively to subscriptions already taken out.

Use of the service

• You use the service exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
• Sharing login details with third parties is not permitted.
• Misuse or improper use may lead to suspension of your access.

Availability

We aim for a stable and reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical faults or factors beyond our control may temporarily affect the service.

Liability

IPTV Hakuna is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the service, faults on the part of third parties (such as internet providers) or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

A subscription ends automatically at the end of the chosen duration, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, we may terminate access to the service.
